Accessing your feeds
Where to find your feed URLs and how to keep them safe.
Your feed URLs are generated per account and reflect your pricing — treat them like credentials.
Where to find them
- Sign in at syntech.co.za/my-account.
- Open Stock Feeds in the account menu (also available at /my-account/feeds/).
- Right-click the feed you need and choose Copy link address.
Keep your URLs confidential
Your feed URL contains your account key. It is not tied to an individual user login, so anyone holding the URL can download your feed and see your account pricing — and every download made with it counts toward your account's fair usage allowance, including usage you don't control.
If a shared URL is used heavily enough to trigger a block, it is your account key that gets blocked — your own integration stops working. Don't share your feed URLs, publish them, or commit them to public repositories.
If a URL has been shared or exposed, contact your account manager and we will issue you a new key. The old URL then stops working, so update your integration once you have the new one.
