Feed catalogue

Feeds are generated per account against your own pricing. The formats and full/update variants below are available on every account; currency availability is account-based.

All three formats carry the same product data — pick whichever your tooling handles best.

Full vs update files

Full — the complete catalogue with every field: content, images, categories, attributes, pricing and stock. Use for initial imports and periodic content refreshes.
Update — the same product set carrying only the fast-moving fields: pricing, promos, branch stock and shipment ETA. Much smaller and faster to process — use it for frequent stock and price syncs. The exact field split is in the Field reference.

Currencies

Feeds are currently available in ZAR and USD. Which currencies you have access to is determined by your Syntech account — speak to your account manager if you trade in a currency you don't see on your feeds page. Each file carries a single currency, shown in the feed envelope (or the currency column in CSV).
